Anne Dubinsky Altman, Superintendent of Point Reyes National Seashore, will give an overview of PRNS and answer questions.
Anne Dubinsky Altman became superintendent of Point Reyes National Seashore starting September, 2024 after being the deputy superintendent at Point Reyes National Seashore since 2022. She has worked for the National Park Service for 25 years in a variety of roles in parks, the Pacific West Region, and the NPS national headquarters.
As superintendent, Altman oversees more than 80 miles of undeveloped coastline, 147 miles of hiking trails, several backcountry campgrounds, and many beaches.
Altman started her career through the National Parks Business Plan Internship (BPI) at Bryce Canyon National Park. She accepted her first permanent position as a management assistant at Rocky Mountain National Park after she finished her degree.
Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, she holds a bachelor's degree in Earth Systems from Stanford University and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of California at Davis.
