David Dye is the District 5150 Treasurer and will speak about the Rotary Youth Leadership Academy, a week-long summer camp in Scotts Valley (near Santa Cruz) devoted to building leadership, teamwork skills and self-confidence. RYLA is free to current freshmen, sophomores, juniors and seniors in Bay Area high schools. Rotary Club of West Marin will fund three students this year. Student applications are due May 31.
