Dave Bertini, a member of the Rotary Club of Pacifica, is active in many District 5150 programs. He retired as Menlo Park Chief of Police in 2020. He serves as a police academy instructor, is an adjunct professor in the Administration of Justice Department of Menlo College and is also a full-time law student at Golden Gate University School of Law. Dave will speak about Youth Protection Certification.
